Welcome to the official website of the Embassy of the Republic of Zimbabwe in Algiers, the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. The Embassy also covers the Republic of Tunisia, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania and the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic.

This website is a multifaceted platform and a source of information on Zimbabwe and its people, the economy, history and heritage.
I take this opportunity to convey the message that there are abundant investment opportunities in Zimbabwe in the areas of agriculture, mining, energy, tourism, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure and education. Guided by the mantra “Zimbabwe is Open for Business” the Government of Zimbabwe under the leadership of His Excellency President Emmerson Dambudzo MNANGAGWA endeavors to attain an upper middle income economy by 2030.

The website has been designed to promote investment, trade and tourism in Zimbabwe as well as cultural cooperation with the host countries in line with the thrust of enhanced Economic Diplomacy.

The website also offers access to a wide range of Consular Services to our citizens and guidance to those who wish to visit Zimbabwe.
